Clive’s Gardening Services was recently contacted by a previous ad-hoc client we worked with during 2022–2023. The client was preparing to put their property on the market and needed a winter garden tidy-up before the estate agents arrived to take professional photographs.

A well-presented garden can significantly improve first impressions and property value, especially when selling a home. The Client’s Requirements

The client needed a quick but thorough garden clear-up to improve kerb appeal during the winter months. The main focus was on:

Pond Cleaning (Added Value)

Although not originally requested, we noticed the garden pond required attention. As part of our commitment to delivering excellent service, we tidied out the pond at no extra request, removing debris and improving water clarity. This small extra touch helped elevate the overall presentation of the garden and added real value for the client.
