Our client had a section of garden that had been left untended for several years. The area was overgrown with dense weeds, brambles, and uneven ground—making it unusable and out of place with the rest of the property’s garden.

Our team began by clearing the entire area using a digger to scrape the surface and remove all overgrowth. This helped level the ground and prepare it for the next stage.

All green waste and debris were collected the same afternoon by grab truck, with the large pile taken off-site promptly to keep the area clean and organised.

A large quantity of premium-grade topsoil was delivered on to a tarpaulin. The team used this to further level the land, ensuring a smooth, even base across the entire area.

A consistent layer of soil was spread evenly over the cleared and levelled surface, ready for reseeding.

The entire area was sown with a high-quality grass seed blend chosen for durability, rich colour, and seasonal performance.

After seeding, the lawn was top-dressed with a fine No.4 premium compost to support seed germination and early growth.

A tailored aftercare guide was provided, including:

•Watering instructions

•Recommended timing for the first mow

•Long-term lawn care and maintenance advice

Within a few short weeks, the space will be completely transformed into a lush, green lawn—smooth, vibrant, and ready to be enjoyed.
