Freshcoat Painting & Decorating – May Exterior projects

FDP has been managing to squeeze a few exterior painting jobs in the very full e-diary.

Remember it is more cost-effective to have your fences, decking, and wooden outbuildings painted than let them spoil in the North West’s bad weather.

Day 1 of a recent job was a mixture of weather, it started cloudily, then blue skies and then at 3.15 pm it started to snow, Clive’s milestone for day 1 was the rear fencing fortunately before the snow came Clive had just finished. Also, rotten fence panels were replaced sourced and supplied by FDP.

Day 2 of the project was to treat all the front garden fence panels. It was a cold start and the wood preservative had a layer of ice on it but Clive cracked on. 12 fence panels up one side and 12 smaller fence panels painted both sides to do on the other side and front of the property.

Day 3 of the project was to paint a wooden building in the garden currently being used as pub/snooker room.

The client required to have the fascia’s and soffits repainted in black and the wood painted in Natural Oak wood seal.

Day 4 was to seal the decking and handrails with a Natural Oak coloured oil. Images and video below of during and after the work was completed.

Throughout the whole project, premium branded products were used.
